The Sofa Problem and Our First Open House

..."success is not final

...failure is not fatal

...courage to continue is what counts"

...winston churchill knew of what he spoke...

Sofa in our bedroom before Sure Fit.
We were getting ready for our first open house and
the sofa in our bedroom looked awful.

Definitely not good staging for our first open house.

What did I do?
I made the couch look brand new
with a Sure Fit Sofa Cover that cost less than $200.

Here is my sofa wearing its Sure Fit Cover.

I chose the 'Ultimate Heavyweight Stretch Suede'
with individual cushion covers for $189.
Click here to see my choice.
My son came home and asked if I bought a new couch.
He was completely surprised that it was only a slip cover.

This is how it looks with the rest of the bedroom furniture.
That is Walter Peyton on the bed.
He loves to have his photograph taken.

I am sure some of you are asking if Sure Fit
paid me for this post,
or sent me free Sure Fit Covers.
The answer is no.
I saw the covers at Bed Bath & Beyond and thought they might work.
They worked beautifully and I am so happy with the result!

  1. Wow, what a fit! I've used their covers, but didn't have the fit you have. It looks great!
